ISO Class 7 Cleanrooms
Our production floors maintain ISO Class 7 environmental standards — controlling particulate matter, temperature (68–72°F), and relative humidity (≤45%) continuously. Every room is monitored in real time with automated alerts.
In-House QC Laboratory
Our on-site laboratory performs identity testing (HPTLC, FTIR), potency assays, microbiological testing, and heavy metals screening. Batch release no longer depends on a third-party lab queue.
High-Speed Encapsulation Lines
Multiple automated encapsulation machines capable of up to 500,000 capsules per hour, with in-line checkweighers ensuring every capsule meets fill weight tolerance of ±2%.
Powder Blending & Filling
Industrial V-blenders (50–2,000 kg), ribbon mixers, and multi-lane stick pack / sachet filling lines under continuous environmental monitoring and blend uniformity verification.
Secondary Packaging Area
Automated label applicators, carton erectors, shrink-wrap tunnels, and kitting stations — all connected to our batch management system for full traceability through to finished goods.
Raw Material Warehouse
Climate-controlled incoming storage with quarantine, sampling, and release protocols per cGMP requirements. Pre-approved supplier program ensures material availability to support competitive lead times tailored to your production requirements.
